The private, high-end gated residential project, Deer Mountain Village is intertwined in and around the 680 acre Deer Mountain Ski Resort located in Lead, South Dakota. The project will be inclusive of a ski mountain, one of the longest tubing runs in the USA, supported by a 750’ long Magic Carpet and over 130 fully-improved 1-3 acre mountainside home lots. The community will offer lots for sale in the Spring of 2022.
Frey Design was challenged with helping develop a high-end private ski community brand that will be competing with the highest-end private and gated communities in the United States. This multi-year fully integrated branding, marketing, and lead generation project started with a Naming project and then moved into a PR campaign and all aspects of building and developing a world-class destination community and brand.
