careers: Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement successful marketing strategies and campaigns for Frey and its clients
• Create high-quality content for social media channels, email newsletters, and thought leadership articles, positioning Frey as an industry leader in CRE, Healthcare, and Nonprofits
• Assist team members with other marketing initiatives and advertising projects as required
• Work with clients to deliver content and strategy regarding their brand and marketing
• Develop efficient marketing automation and workflows using Frey software such as Mavenlink, Slack, Active Campaign, GPT Ai, and others
• Generate lead magnets, and tripwire offers to drive new leads into the Frey Pipeline

Qualifications & Skills:

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a design agency or similar marketing role is required
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including marketing automation and Ai platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong writing and editing aptitude
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Roselle, IL, for four days a week
