Irgens is a Real Estate Developer company that has been providing results-oriented real estate solutions since their opening in 1983. With real estates experts in their Milwaukee, Chicago, and Phoenix markets, Irgens provides nationwide services as one cohesive team. Their expertise ranges across all aspects of real estate projects, including: strategic planning, consulting, financing and ownership, asset and property management, and much more. Frey Design was given the chance to create a distinct brand for one of Irgen’s newest projects, BMO Tower. Located in the heart of downtown Milwaukee, the new building promotes a tenant and visitor experience within an office building that is full of valuable amenities.
BMO Tower presented a unique opportunity for Irgens because, upon completion, the building would become a recognizable piece of the Milwaukee skyline that stood out among the downtown CBD area. To highlight this exciting attribute of the development, Frey Design chose to focus the logo and branding of BMO Tower around the unique building shape and structure of its high-rising floors. We thoughtfully incorporated a modern, tech-inspired look within our color and font choices to further the idea that Irgens was helping to propel Milwaukee and its architectural landscape into the future. Frey expanded upon this direction by designing a brand guide that made understanding the individual brand pieces user friendly for both internal and external uses. The goal was to transmit a feeling of high-tech for the new and upcoming building tenants while solidifying an established, organized brand.
As Frey Design began developing different print collateral pieces for BMO Tower, we continued to emphasize that modern, tech-inspired idea with innovative, thoughtful design. To help showcase the new building, we created an eight-page brochure and folder insert to garner excitement about the upcoming development of the Tower. The BMO Tower brochure consists of vibrant and architecturally-stunning photos of the property combined with easily digestible content areas. A notable illustration that stands out among the print assets is the stacking plan that visually demonstrates the available and leased space to give potential tenants and visitors a clear look at the building’s current offerings. Overall, these assets provided their audiences with an in-depth look at all of the unique features BMO tower has to offer.
Frey Design created BMO Tower’s website with an interactive user experience at the forefront of importance. An example of this attentive consideration is the interactivity within the Leasing section of the site, which allows users to cycle through available suites and floors using a comprehensive illustration of the building. Additionally, while users are visiting the Location page of the site, they are able to gather an accurate view of the ingress and egress flow of traffic to and from BMO Tower. Overall, the website that Frey strategized, designed, and developed showcases thoughtful organization of the building’s offerings for the prospective visitor and lessee while presenting an entertaining user experience.
