Irgens – a Milwaukee-based CRE developer providing development and property management solutions nationwide – approached Frey Design with the opportunity to create unique marketing assets for two of their properties. Considering the close proximity of the locations, Frey achieved significant cost and time savings by treating the properties as sister brands. We developed the initial brand and assets for the first property and then customized those assets for the sister location. This templated system of design ensured both brands are showcased beautifully, while also providing incredible value and savings for our client.
The full asset kit included a logo and brand guide for each property, brochure templates, two dynamic websites, plan rendering templates, email marketing templates, and brand collateral (e.g., business cards and letterheads).
