In early 2018, Union National Bank of Elgin (UNB) asked team Frey to create a new website that would better showcase their innovative nature and augment the user experience. UNB – one of the oldest small business banks in the Chicagoland area, priding themselves on providing personalized solutions for their clients – saw the potential to grow their business via their digital presence. We began by evaluating the current brand and recommending a new visual identity system to better align their modern, updated digital brand.
After launching the site in June 2018, we then implemented a targeted SEO strategy to better reach their primary audience, ultimately seeking to fulfill their growth KPIs. Finally, we designed a marketing campaign geared toward small businesses seeking loans; the campaign included a landing page, email funnel, and Google AdWords strategy. We now continue to support UNB of Elgin with ongoing website maintenance and campaign development.
