Careers: Art Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead digital-first design across websites, branding, and campaigns
• Define creative direction and visual systems for client brands
• Drive original concept development, not just execution
• Partner with the Creative Director on high-level design vision
• Mentor designers and raise overall creative quality
• Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, exploration, and iteration
• Ensure design work is modern, refined, and on brand
• Present creative ideas in client reviews and internal critiques
• Stay ahead of web, brand, and visual design trends

Qualifications & Skills:

• Portfolio showing strong web, brand, and visual identity work
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and workflows
• Strong typography, layout, and digital design fundamentals
• 2 to 5 years of agency experience preferred
• Confident leading creative conversations and critiques
• Ability to manage multiple projects with fast timelines
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field is a plus
• On-site in Roselle, IL, four days per week
