Careers: Art Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead high-quality design initiatives are in line with Frey Design’s standards
• Define and implement the aesthetic for various digital and print projects
• Mentor and oversee a team of designers, ensuring consistency and quality
• Engage in brainstorming sessions, client discussions, and design reviews
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and other team members to deliver integrated solutions
• Ensure the best design practices and trends are adopted and shared within the team
• Design engaging visuals, including logos, icons, and infographics
• Furnish web development teams with design assets

Qualifications & Skills:

• A compelling Design Portfolio showcasing expertise across both B2B and B2C segments
• Proficient in design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and InVision App
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience, preferably within a design agency
• Strong foundation in typography, layout, and overall design principles
• Proven ability to multitask and thrive in an environment with fast turnarounds
• A bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is an advantage
• Ability to be on-site in Roselle, IL, for four days a week
• Team-player mentality with a proactive approach
