Careers: Creative Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee design/web projects for timely, budget-compliant completion
• Act as primary liaison with clients, ensuring clear communication and expectations
• Collaborate with developers/designers for seamless project execution
• Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables with project management software
• Address workflow issues and technical concerns with creative solutions
• Encourage creativity and innovation among the team
• Track and report project progress, making adjustments to meet milestones

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1-3 years in a design agency, ideally in project management
• Skilled in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
• Proficient in project management tools
• Knows Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and web project management
• Strong problem-solving; can manage multiple projects at once
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proactive, detail-oriented, results-focused
