Careers: Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and run digital campaigns that generate leads for Frey and our clients.
• Write and optimize content for blogs, landing pages, emails, and social.
• Manage on-page SEO, keyword strategy, and content updates.
• Use SEMrush for research, audits, tracking, and content insights.
• Analyze competitors to uncover SEO and content opportunities.
• Optimize Google Business Profiles and support local SEO.
• Build and manage email automations and lead gen workflows (e.g., ActiveCampaign).
• Report on SEO, email, and campaign performance using GA, Search Console, and SEMrush.
• Collaborate with design, dev, and PM teams to deliver effective marketing.
• Maintain consistency across digital listings and directories.
• Stay current on SEO updates, marketing trends, and tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3–5 years in digital marketing, content strategy, or SEO (agency experience a plus).
• Strong writer with experience across blogs, email, and web content.
• Proficient in SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console, and email tools.
• Solid grasp of SEO, content strategy, and marketing funnels.
• Experience with automation platforms like ActiveCampaign or HubSpot.
• Familiar with CMS platforms, basic HTML, and campaign workflows.
• Bonus: Experience in real estate, healthcare, or nonprofit; Yardi CMS is a plus.
• Able to work on-site 4 days/week in Roselle, IL.
• Self-starter, collaborative, deadline-driven, and client-ready.
