Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve rankings, visibility, and lead generation for client websites.
  • Oversee on-page SEO optimization, including content strategy, internal linking, and technical SEO improvements.
  • Manage SEMrush tools, including Position Tracking, On-Page SEO Checker, Listing Management, and Keyword Magic Tool to optimize performance.
  • Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles (GBP) to enhance local search performance.
  • Track and report SEO performance metrics, organic traffic trends, and keyword rankings using SEMrush Traffic Analytics.
  • Lead content strategy, ensuring all web content follows SEO best practices and aligns with brand messaging.
  • Assist in general marketing content writing, including blog posts, landing pages, and email marketing copy.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to improve efficiency in content distribution, lead generation, and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to implement SEO-driven content enhancements.
  • Fix citation inconsistencies and ensure business information is consistent across directories.
  • Keep up with SEO industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.

 

Qualifications & Skills:
  • 2-5 years of SEO experience with a strong focus on on-page SEO, local SEO, and content optimization.
  • Proficiency with SEMrush and other SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Constant Contact, Mailchimp, etc.) is a strong plus.
  • Solid understanding of technical SEO, keyword research, and link-building strategies.
  • Strong copywriting and content strategy skills for SEO-friendly web content.
  • Experience optimizing Google Business Profiles (GBP) and managing local citations.
  • Ability to analyze website performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Basic understanding of email marketing, social media, and digital content distribution is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Yardi CMS or experience with real estate SEO is a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site in Roselle, IL, for four days a week.
  • Team-player mentality with a proactive, data-driven approach.
