The Krusinski Construction Company is a family-owned and operated real estate constriction and development company located in Oak Brook Illinois. In the late 2010s, Its CEO Jerry Krusinski had the vision for what would be one of the area’s largest master-planned business parks. The vision was brought to life as Krusinski started to accumulate property just south on Interstate 88 in Dekalb, Illinois. The property now stands at over 1,000 acres and is almost completely leased and sold. Anchor tenants include the likes of Meta (Facebook) and Ferrara Candy Company.
Frey started working closely with Jerry on the project in the late 2010s with a series of pitch materials, videos, branding, and more. Over the years the project has evolved into the region’s largest business park. The existing property marketing materials include; a custom-designed and developed website, master plan renderings, motion videos, print brochures, pitch materials, email marketing, and more.
