At Frey Design, we’re proud to be a trusted extension of our clients’ teams. Nearly 6 years ago, a local property broker approached us to help elevate his pitch materials and win new business. That local broker – LPC’s team of one at the time – has become one of the leading Class A office brokerage teams in Chicago’s suburban market.
As an extension of their team, we’ve helped LPC eliminate their internal marketing staff and training costs, because we speak their language and can meet their needs quickly and efficiently without hand-holding. We’re nimble and able to develop branded materials on the fly, such as property pitch packages. These packages consist of two asset sets – rebranding materials for the building in question (e.g., logo, brochure cover, email template and website home page design), as well as the actual pitch materials (e.g., easel boards, placemats, pop-up banners, presentation decks).
