Founded in 2005 as the successor to a fifty-year-old real estate development company, MDH Partners has participated in over $3 billion of acquisitions, developments, and asset management. In 2019, MDH launched a new $350-million closed-end fund targeting industrial and logistics properties.
MDH Partners engaged Frey Design to help develop its newly rebranded online presence in the form of a new front-end website design and development along with a back-end user portal that integrates via API with tools that MDH Partners already uses in its normal day-to-day business operations. The projects were a huge success, not only delivering on budget, but delivering ahead of scheduled timelines.
When we needed a new website in 2018, Frey Design quickly produced a great-looking prototype. Once we approved the look, they were able to complete all functionality and get it launched ahead of the promised schedule.
