Refreshing the digital brand of a national IT services company with the goal of improving lead generation and overall website metrics.
Mindsight – a comprehensive tech consulting firm providing solutions for a variety of clients throughout the Chicagoland area – has tasked the Frey team with an overhaul of their website, which has been underperforming since it was redesigned in 2017. We kicked off this project with a 2-month strategy phase, during which we built a full approach to improving and retaining site traffic and increasing sales. We then began a complete redesign of the home page, moving now into a content restructure, sitewide design UI/UX improvements, a new blog, reimagined events system and more. Our ultimate goal is to deliver results immediately upon launch, including improved time on page and bounce rate.
