Frey Design is a long-standing partner of NAI Hiffman, the largest, independent real estate services firm in the Midwest, currently leasing and managing a 91.3 million square foot portfolio of more than 700 commercial properties throughout the region. Our team has worked as an extension of the NAI Hiffman team for more than 20 years, creating a variety of property marketing packages for many of their leased and managed assets.
Because we have extensive expertise in their field, NAI Hiffman also charged Frey with developing a new website to guide users through three main information funnels: services, properties, and team. Our creative team began by conducting a market research compilation in order to establish new and align with existing brokerage website best practices. From there our team conducted a series of guided surveys to identify internal needs the website should fulfill. The end result was a fully custom designed and developed, market-leading website that met the needs of NAI Hiffman and its potential customers.
