PS Business Parks, is a publicly traded real estate investment trust (REIT) that acquires, develops, owns, and operates commercial properties, primarily multi-tenant industrial, flex, and office space. The Company wholly owns 27.5 million rentable square feet concentrated in 12 submarkets spread across six states and holds a 95% interest in a 395-unit apartment complex. PS Business Parks is a spin off from its big brother, Public Storage, which is also publicly traded.
PS Business Parks initially approached Frey with the need for a complete website redesign. As the project got underway Frey was entrusted with what would go on to be and continue to be a brand reinvention project. The work with PS Business Parks started with a website content strategy project. By the time the team had completed content strategy, the new PS Business Parks sitemap was completely overhauled and ready for a large-scale custom website design and development.
The new website integrates with multiple third party data sources, the largest being Yardi. Team members at PS Business Parks from around the nation manage all available property data at Yardi, and the new website regularly picks up this data and feeds it into a custom property search engine. Additional website features include a ‘Book a Tour’ tool, a ‘Payment Center’ for tenants, and an interactive company history timeline.
Upon website launch, Frey also applied the new brand direction to a custom Zoom interface. The interface creates a seamless brand experience from web to utilities that the company uses daily.
