Rockwell Park is a mixed-use commercial real estate project in which the development team repurposed a Pittsburgh community with state-of-the-art infrastructure, forward-thinking amenities, and community-based retail to create an environment that is employee-centric and enduring.
Frey was selected by JLL and the property ownership group to create an on-site digital marketing tool like no other. This tool is designed to be used from a marketing center where a broker or owner can walk a potential tenant through the space before and after the actual tour. The technology is web-based making it easy for content administrators to change out content on the fly. As part of the project, Frey was entrusted with elevating the digital brand for the project.
