Initially founded in 1946 as Sealy Realty Company, Inc, the company’s primary activity was in the subdivision of land and the sale of lots for residential development. Today, more than seven decades later, Sealy & Company has evolved into a fully integrated commercial real estate investment and operating company. Over the company’s 70-year history the Sealy family has developed extensive contacts and forged strong relationships within many of the key industrial markets in the Southwestern and Southeastern United States.
After a long procurement process, Sealy & Company selected Frey for its complete integrated rebranding project. With our 20+ years of experience helping build and maintain CRE brands and their assets, the choice was easy, and we could not have been more excited to begin the work.
Frey started the partnership with a full visual identity overhaul and specifically a logo redesign. Starting with a Sealy & Company logo, to replace one that had been in use for over 40 years, Frey presented and eventually designed the new logo system. The style has been applied to sister companies and offshoot projects. Frey went on to rebuild all materials that touch its customers and staff. Over a 12 month period, we worked through everything from a complete website redesign to email marketing and advertising campaigns. In the summer of 2021, we developed and helped launch a 75th-anniversary campaign consisting of various deliverables all centered around a video series (eight in total) celebrating the companies commitment to partnerships, staff, investors, and more.
