Tampa Fulfillment Center (TFC), a ±178,000 square foot distribution center, is the first and only LEED-certified distribution center in the Tampa area. Managed by niche real estate investment company Keating Resources, the property is available for lease.
Frey has been working on a fully integrated marketing campaign for this property with the aim of driving multi-channel leads into one marketing funnel to increase property tours, proposals and leases. The ultimate goal is to fully lease the property by the time the building is ready for occupancy in mid-2020. Campaign tools include HTML email newsletters for leads, an outbound plain text automated email program, property brochure, digital ad campaign, branded rendering assets and an industrial CRE property website. Our team has plans to grow this multi-channel property marketing package in 2020 with a set of tools that will help our clients build fully integrated programs at very fair prices and in timelines that would be hard to achieve on their own whether they are a single person real estate firm or a large multinational CRE firm.
