Vantage South End is a new 635,000 SF mixed-use, corporate campus style development in the southeast’s hottest neighborhood, South End, in Charlotte, NC. The project features two 11-story office towers, a parking garage and boutique hotel overlooking an 1+ acre urban park activated by dynamic retail. The West Tower was completed in January 2021 and the East Tower will be fully completed in April 2022.
With a brand established but not meeting the “cool factor” that the project itself truly offered, the owner selected Frey, due to its experience marketing commercial real estate, to help elevate and reimagine the brand and its marketing materials. This work started with a strategic content outline project to more effectively highlight the unique, unmatched specifications of the property. The work then moved into a visual identity realignment and a custom designed and developed website.
