To get new tenants excited about their 300 S. Wacker property in Chicago, leading real estate services firm JLL hired Frey Design to create a brand strategy and unique multi-touch marketing campaign. Frey drew upon typographical aesthetics within the environmental design and a variety of marketing collateral, establishing a new internal visual identity for the building.
The focus of the design efforts included marketing collateral, full-floor marketing suite, and outbound email campaigns. The fully integrated nature of the program meant all materials had the same look and feel, while also pushing toward the one goal of leasing up Class A office space in Chicago’s hyper-competitive office environment.
