CityNorth is a Class A, LEED-certified office campus that offers world-class amenities set amid 36 acres of landscaped grounds with newly designed outdoor spaces. For the property, Frey initially developed a set of marketing and branding materials from environmental signage to printed goods. After establishing the CityNorth brand, Frey designed and developed a custom mobile-friendly website that included availabilities information, a tenant portal with downloadable resources, and lead capturing tools. These efforts, combined with the great work of the Lincoln team, have resulted in many leases within this property.
Frey continues to provide ongoing collateral and website design support to the Lincoln Property Company management team.
