Since its inception in 1981, Reliance has achieved the reputation of providing consistent, quality adhesives available in a variety of delivery systems at a cost far below the competition. Before they sell a product commercially, it is field-tested clinically for two years. This thorough evaluation ensures that each product performs to satisfaction of and is safe for their customers and patients.
Reliance Orthodontic Products sought out Frey Design to initially work on a new product branding project. From there, Frey evaluated and revamped their entire packaging system to make it easy for their staff to build out new packaging as it onboards new products. With well over 500 SKUs and market share second to none, the project was a huge success. As part of this project, Frey also helped Reliance with a logo and brand update that has been applied to all materials that touch both its customers and its staff. The work that Frey has done, and continues to help with, includes; trade show booth design, print collateral redesign, digital and print advertisements, training presentations, and an IFU guide development program that will rival the best processes in the industry.
