Found amidst the picturesque Black Hills of South Dakota, the private, gated community of Spearfish Mountain Ranch is a one-of-a-kind residential real estate development with a focus on luxury and landscape. The project features both 40-acre estate ranches and 2-acre residential lots. The project is located in the heart of South Dakota’s Black Hills and plans to compete with the higher-end Residential communities located in the west-central United States. The project will be strategically driving leads from areas like Dallas, Denver, and Minneapolis.
The stakeholders at Spearfish Mountain Ranch came to Frey Design with a blank canvas and leaned on Frey for everything from naming through lead generation. Our samples below touch on a few, but not all, of the deliverables we have provided and continue to provide assets for. The goal was to build a fully integrated brand that would meet the high-end level of the project itself.
From a logo that combines the wildlife and scenic mountains of the Black Hills to a motion graphic video that shows the beauty of the project in its early phases of development to the lead generation funnels we have implemented, the property has already begun to drive leads in a pre-sale phase. The goal is to officially offer and sell parcels starting in the Spring of 2022.
