Venture One Real Estate, is a real estate private equity fund manager, developer, and operating company specializing in the industrial property sector. Venture One is headquartered in Chicago with offices in Rosemont and New York City. Their fully integrated platform includes a best-in-class team of investment and development professionals, as well as in-house construction, property, and asset management. In addition, their decades of successful investment experience and long-standing relationships within the industry allow them to see and create opportunities where others do not.
Frey Design started working with Venture One through another industry relationship in the mid-2010s. We worked on everything from marketing-friendly sie plan renderings to sales collateral for its many assets. After years of servicing most marketing needs for Venture One, the ownership team approached Frey for what would be an overhaul of its already established brand. There were certain elements for the brand that were untouchable but others were in play. We started by producing an update to the logo that was a fitting simple transition from its original logo developed two decades ago. The logo features a custom font that is unique to Venture One. Frey then began the content strategy for what is a custom-designed and developed website in the fall of 2021. The website launched is a platform that is future-proof, scalable, and showcases Investments, Developments, and Business Parks properties around the Central and Eastern United States. Frey also assisted in the brand alignment of all digital and print marketing materials.
